By accessing www.newmetrica.com (the “Website”) which is operated by or on behalf of NewMetrica Ltd registered in Scotland under company number SC463995 and having its registered address at 19 Woodside Place, Glasgow G3 7QL, you confirm you have read and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Website.

Acceptable Use

You may not and may not allow others to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, circumvent or otherwise interfere with or alter the Website.
You agree not to use this Website in any way that may cause the Website or access to the Website to be interrupted, damaged or impaired.
You shall not breach or attempt to breach the security of this Website.

When dealing with this Website you must not use a false email address, impersonate any other person or entity, or mislead us as to the origin of any electronic communications or content.

Use of the Website in breach of the Terms may give rise to a claim for damages and / or be a criminal offence.

You will be responsible for installing adequate anti-virus software and related security protection to secure your computer systems when using the Website. We will not be responsible for any loss suffered as a result of your failure to do so.

Privacy and Data Protection

We will use the personal information you provide to us to enter onto a filing system which will only be accessed by authorised persons of NewMetrica; its software developers and other authorised third parties. The information will be used to administer our relationship with you and deliver any other services you have told us you wish to use or to send you information you have requested. Any personal information supplied shall be held for as long as is required to meet the purposes set out here and we shall ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely and is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By supplying such information you hereby consent to NewMetrica storing, using and processing the information for purposes set out above.

Where we transfer your information to another country, we will make sure that it is given the same levels of protection as needed under the UK Data Protection Act.
